We are Shape, a specialist property development business, based in Didsbury, Manchester. We create individual, high specification homes, designed and built with passion, professionalism and imagination.
At Shape we have a small-business philosophy. We hope that will always be true, despite our ambition. Our reputation is important to us and it underpins our approach to all those we meet and do business with.
Shape has just 2 founding directors, Mark Pickles and Mark Taylor. We began working together in the mid-nineties and today all of our business activities are focussed on the residential property sector. These include Property Investment, Lettings, and Technical Consultancy to construction professionals.
Prior to that, we both held senior executive positions across a diverse range of global businesses and organisations. Mark Taylor is a CIMA qualified Accountant. Mark Pickles is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Chartered Institute of Building, the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and the Chartered Management Institute.
