We are always actively seeking new plots and the opportunity to explore options for developments which maximise the value of the plot, including working-up preliminary schemes and having pre-application discussions with local Planners. These feasibility discussions do not always proceed to an actual build project; the images here illustrate some of the preliminary designs considered as part of exploratory discussions.

Whenever we begin a new project, we will include preliminary details here and provide updates on progress as the project develops.
